South East Hampshire Rapid Transit Scheme

North - South improvements

The South East Hampshire Rapid Transport programme (SEHRT) is a series of schemes intentioned to improve the journey experiences of pedestrians and cyclists in and around the city of Portsmouth. Attis have been appointed as principal designers to a number of these schemes and, as part of their enhanced package of support to the engineering design teams, have assisted in the analysis of risk.

The role of principal designer is there to promote the safest possible design outcome through the implementation of the general principles of prevention.

"Attis has been invaluable in advising on design aspects across all the projects included in this programme. They have also assessed risks on both individual elements of the proposed scheme as well as the overall programme design and commissioning. This has proved to be really helpful for the whole engineering team."
