Attis Engineering Wins Business Service Excellence Award at Maritime Solent Annual Awards

The Attis Engineering team was proud to attend the Maritime Solent Annual Awards on Thursday 22 October, joining other companies and partners to celebrate excellence across the maritime sector.

This year, Attis was thrilled to be shortlisted as a finalist in the Business Service Excellence Award category. The nomination was particularly meaningful to the team, reflecting our ongoing commitment to supporting customers throughout every stage of their engineering projects. Delivering high-quality technical expertise, responsive service, and trusted partnership remains at the heart of everything we do.

To our great surprise and delight, Attis Engineering was announced as the winner of the Business Service Excellence Award. The team had not prepared a victory speech, having been genuinely pleased to simply to be recognised among such a strong field of finalists.

The award was collected on behalf of the entire Attis team by Dr Andy Painting and David England, who received the award from Chris Hatton, representing the sponsor, Portsmouth International Port.

Speaking after the presentation, Andy thanked the Attis team for their dedication, professionalism, and hard work. He also highlighted the challenges that many small businesses face in securing the support needed to grow, innovate, and compete alongside larger organisations within the industry.

Andy concluded by expressing his gratitude to Attis' clients, whose trust and confidence continue to drive the company forward.

Winning the Business Service Excellence Award is a fantastic achievement for Attis Engineering and serves as recognition of the passion, dedication, and customer-focused approach that underpin our business. We would like to thank Maritime Solent, Portsmouth International Port, our clients, partners, and colleagues for their ongoing support, and we look forward to continuing to deliver engineering excellence across the sectors we serve.
